Set aside time in the morning or evening, and try listening to the meditation below. Find a spacious room. Or sit outside. Just make sure you find a space where you won’t be interrupted.
You can sit in a chair or on the floor. Try not to overthink it. See if you can rest in the words of the speaker for just a few moments.
