3 tips to boost your energy

1. Stop thinking that you need more energy  

What, exactly, do you need more energy for? 

Maybe the reason that you think you need more energy is that you are doing too much

2. Do work you are passionate about 

If you can’t muster the energy, maybe you are doing work that you’re not passionate about. If you were really into it, your natural love for the work would drive you through it.
